The Itinerary (9:30-1/2pm)
All our experiences start in our Hatton Garden workshop with a nice cup of tea or coffee and introduction to our team of expert jewellers. Following the introductions, you’ll be paired up with a jeweller who will discuss your ideas and talk you through the different metals, ring profiles, designs, and answer all your questions.
The ring making process
Your jeweller will be on hand at every step of the experience and will provide you with expert help and support throughout the day to ensure that your finished rings come out amazing so that you can cherish them forever.

Melting & Pouring
Under expert supervision you will begin your experience by melting your chosen metal using our specialist gas and oxygen blow torches. Once melted you will pour the molten metal into a skillet.

Milling & Bending
You will mill the metal out into square wire & then into D shape, Flat or Court shape wire.

Sawing & Join Soldering
You will saw the surplus metal off and bring the two ends together. The metal is bent into a rough ring shape, with the correct ring size.

Filing & Buffing
You file off any surplus solder & generally shape the ring. We then buff the rings to remove the file marks and put the final shape into your rings.
Once the flames are extinguished & the hard work is done, we break out the champagne & beers!

Spinning & Polishing
With a glass of something bubbly in hand the experience is nearly at an end. The final step is to buff and polish your rings to a beautiful shine so they’re ready for your big day.
The day ends when everyone is happy with their rings and all the champagne and beer is gone.
